We received a warm welcome from manager Bris and her mother. The staff and Nii made us feel at home here. The bungalow is very clean, large and comfortable with strong Wifi. The garden is well kept and clean. The vibes are sweet, peaceful and kind. The distance between bungalows gives privacy. At a 5 minutes walk through a garden area with a Japanese restaurant in a romantic setting, you arrive at Klong Prao beach where there are relaxing cocktail bars and restaurants, swim and watch the sunset. The main road offers many restaurants, both delicious streetfood and other options incl. Italian, Korean and Greek. There is a Buddhist Temple across the Seven Eleven. Baan Rim Klong offers the perfect central location to explore Koh Chang by scooter, which Bris rents at a very reasonable price. The Staff is very helpful and extremely kind. Amazing stay! It's located in the best side (south side) of Kai Bae beach, which is much quieter and has a few shady spots. Main strip is also acceptable and in walking distance, but the accom provides a shuttle service anyway The property itself had great views and the grounds were laid out so there's chill out areas which had a nice vibe. Snorkels were also provided. Room was really nice and comfortable/high quality and has everything I needed and again, breathtaking views. Staff were also all very nice and helpful too!

First of, Koi and her sister are awesome hosts, always smiling and interact with people. Best people I've met in Thailand. The rooms are very clean and quiet, food is great, and always got some surprises. The place on terrace is very confy and beautiful, a serene place to watch the turtle in the morning and the eagles on the sky. If you need, there are some perfect places to have some work on the laptop. Location on the pier is also great, as you can easily get some boats to travel on other islands. (I've been to Ko Kood and come back to Koi to stay some more nights, and definitively I'll come back again). 7Eleven is just around the corner. Thank you Koi for hospitality!
