I stayed for one night, and they’re willing to look after my luggage when I’m away to other cities in Turkey. They’re super helpful and heart warming, and willing to satisfy whatever you need. (Helped to heat up leftovers food from restaurants, also provided hot water and milk for my mom who only drinks hot beverages, etc) Not to mention the location is awesome as well, it’s walking distance to basically everything in the Europe side. I would LOVE to stay at this hotel again in future.
