Rooms are clean and breakfast is one of the best with fresh ingredients and fruits. Good coffe and tea is almost always available. If you have an issue just mention it to the staff and they do everything to resolve it. The owner is doing his best to create exceptional service that you wouldn't normally expect in the area. Located in the heart of the city, the fully renovated Mersin HiltonSA welcomes its guests with its unique, refreshed appearance. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right between the old and new parts of the city, which made getting around incredibly easy. Although the building is older, it is well maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff were not only warm and welcoming but also impressively efficient. Special thanks to Ms. Begüm at the front desk, who was exceptionally helpful and coordinated everything we requested with great care. The view from the hotel was stunning, and our room was very comfortable. Room service was excellent, and the food was truly delicious. We were very happy with every aspect of our stay and will definitely return.

The staff is very welcoming))) I arrived very late at night, but I was met at the entrance and checked in without any problems. Breakfast was very good, the dining tables on the outdoor terrace. No problems with payment - by cash or by credit card! Very nice place to stay)))

The place is clean, it has an inner court parking which was very convenient and you can reach the beach and supermarkets in 5 minutes walking. It is extraordinary value for the price range. I totally recommend it and the host was very helpful and nice allowing me to do the check-in a bit early considering the room was available.
