It’s exceptional. Everything is so beautiful and perfect from A-Z. Nookies was delicious and the staff were so passionate and friendly and accommodating. The bar has excellent cocktails and wine and is so cosy to hang out. It’s such a lovely place to hang out.

It’s the perfect location to wind down after long flight. Beautiful location, great room, brilliant staff. But that doesn’t do it justice. To feel at home to just help yourself to a glass of wine in the afternoon, the attention of the staff, John cooking you the perfect breakfast (but eggs Benedict 😄)… it’s the total lack of pretence which makes it great. I stay in way to many hotels per year for work but this is the only one which stood out in the last year. Just Awesome

We loved our cottage ,so clean and nearby everything. Kitchen w Mr Coffee maker plus coffee for next morning was perfect. As was the super clean fridge and bathroom. Appreciated the quiet.

This Montauk hotel is located directly across from the beach and boasts an outdoor heated pool and rooms with a terrace. Montauk village is .5 miles away. Liz and her staff are beyond exceptional. Lovely Erica at reception. Voldy at the pool always had a smile- extra towels, sunscreen. Tennis court has pickleball lines too. In pristine condition. Easy sign up sheet. Change over/ room care teams are thorough and efficient. With crisp white cotton sheets. Pillows are soft. Ice machine working well. Grounds beautifully maintained. Lovely new logos and stickers - little touches do matter. Just look at how many guests are repeat customers - that says it all.

This oceanfront property is located in Amagansett, New York. It boasts ocean views, a seasonal outdoor pool, and access to a private beach. Free Wi-Fi access is available. We were visiting from the UK and travelling around The Hamptons and beyond for 2 weeks. We booked this on a whim for 2 nights whilst out there and wasn't sure what to expect - but oh my goodness you will not be disappointed! The rooms are spacious and clean, we had a table and 2 chairs outside of our entrance door overlooking the outdoor pool and a fabulous private balcony at the back with comfortable patio furniture/tables and chairs etc. This hotel is situated on the beach so the access is very quick via a private walkway (2 minute walk from our room) and there is a little hut on the way down with a lovely friendly Jamaican gentleman who provides towels and takes you down to the loungers and helps you set up your parasol on the beach etc) There is also water and cups provided at the hut free of charge. We stayed at a different beachfront hotel prior to our arrival here, and wish we had found this one first.

This Montauk motel is opposite the beach, and boat rentals are available a mile away at Fort Pond. The Hither Hills State Park is located 3 miles from the property. The perfect location - super close to the main town and right on the beach!
