Sarah at Reception was exceptional. She welcomed us warmly, and I called her before we arrived to confirm the location. She gave us a tour of the beautiful property and made popcorn for us. I wish we could have stayed longer. Sarah also checked in on us twice to be sure we had everything we needed.

The setting was so peaceful and we could hear the river from our cabin. The kids loved playing and swimming in the river. We ran into car problems and Lisa and the staff were so helpful. We felt so cared for as they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. So grateful for the staff!

Overlooking the bay, Oceano Bar & Grill at the Oceano Hotel offers coastal fare for dinner nightly. The bar area onsite features a variety of cocktails, beer and wine. The design is really cool. Spacious rooms. Incredible staff. We went there for my birthday and my daughter had decided to send a bottle of champagne to the room. She said that the staff were super friendly and indeed when we arrived, there were two champagne glasses and a bottle in the fridge. It’s just a beautiful place with an absolutely amazing spa.

This Capitola hotel is 10 minutes’ drive from central Santa Cruz and New Brighton State Beach. It features an outdoor pool, and spacious suites with 32-inch flat-screen TVs and an iPod docking station. Everything was great. The only thing I would recommend is that the breakfast food area be expanded. It is very small and does not accommodate enough people.

Every detail is well thought and amazing. The room was gigantic, with a fire place, a table, even a bench next to the window.

It features on-site dining at Drakes Sonoma Coast Kitchen and 2 spa treatment rooms at the pool area. We were there for a night to celebrate my parents 60th birthday. Excellent hotel, amazing view and the service was exceptional ! My parents felt very special and had the time of their life !
