Spacious and modern rooms, supersilent and good aircon. Wifi was strong everywhere, even on the beach. Ideal for us for remote work. Plenty of beach and pool chairs. Gym was small but basically had everything you needed. Staff are helpful and nice, even bring your drinks to you if needed. Exceptional breakfast with fresh egg and soup stations. Would stay here again!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like VIPs. They went above and beyond in every possible way - proactively offering help, arranging courtesy tickets to the cable car without us even asking, and anticipating our needs before we knew them ourselves. When we accidentally left behind a valuable item, they didn’t just find it, they personally ensured it was returned to us safely. Truly remarkable service. Location? You can’t beat it. Right in the heart of Sunset Town, directly across from the cable car, everything is just a short walk away. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully clean, and brand new. The Japanese-inspired design is elegant, peaceful, and perfectly executed in every detail. What more could you ask for? Amazing staff, unbeatable location, stunning design, and perfect hospitality. A true 10/10 from our entire family. We’ll definitely be back.

L’établissement Sole Casa Phu Quoc se trouve à Duong Dong, à 24 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Pagode Sung Hung. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, modern, and well-furnished apartment. The staff was really great, kind and helpfull. We were very comfortable, and everything was in perfect working order. I'd like to offer some friendly, constructive feedback on the kitchen to help make the experience even better. When we arrived as a group of four, we found there were only two large plates, two soup bowls, and two cereal bowls. There were also no supplies for washing the dishes. However, I was very impressed with how quickly this was resolved! After we asked, the staff brought everything we needed the very next day. A couple of other small suggestions: the cooking equipment is quite limited and worn out, so an investment in some new pots and pans would be a great upgrade for guests who wish to cook. Also, having a few basic kitchen essentials like cooking oil or sugar would be a fantastic touch. These little things can make preparing a simple breakfast much easier and really add to the comfort of the stay. On the other hand, we absolutely loved the daily complimentary items! The water, nuts, dried mango, coffee, and tea were a lovely and thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated. Overall, we were very happy with the apartment. If these few minor details in the kitchen are polished, this place will be truly top-notch. Thank you for a great stay!
