Our stay at the Freskia guesthouse was perfect. The view is beautiful, the rooms are very cozy, but what surprised us the most was the breakfast, which was included in the price of the room and was very well served, simply WONDERFUL. The owner of the place welcomed us very well and was always available. In addition to serving breakfast, there is a restaurant on site where you can have dinner for 12 euros per person. We had dinner there two nights and loved it, the food was very tasty. In short, we highly recommend this place!

We spent 3 nights here and it was the perfect choice — the best part of our Albanian trip. Megi and Ilir are lovely hosts, very kind and helpful. The view is truly remarkable, and the mornings on the terrace with the sunshine were magical. Breakfast was also very nice. We would definitely recommend this guesthouse!

From arrival to departure we felt very welcome and comfy here. The hosts were very attentive and tried to make the stay as comfortable as possible for us. They also always had good tips for hiking routes. The rooms had everything we needed and the views were exceptional. We enjoyed tasty dinner in their restaurant twice. We can only recommend this place!

We had a fantastic time! The hosts are very warm-hearted and incredibly nice and do everything to make your stay pleasant. They speak Italian, which for us made it possible to communicate a little bit. The room was very nice. It had a little balcony and the bed was very comfortable so that we always slept really well. Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. In the guesthouse next door they serve a wonderful dinner which is a great option after a long days hike because that way you don't have to walk far or take the car. Bujtina Okoli is located in a very quiet neighborhood and offers stunning views into the mountains. We can highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely book it again for another visit to Theth.

The guest house is very new, very comfortable, clean and spacious. The breakfast was very well served and was delicious. The owner and his wife are very very sweet, were super welcoming and helped us with our bags. If you are looking to stay a little more distant from the city center, the location in perfect, very quiet and private, with gorgeous views of the mountains. Have in mind that it's around 30 minutes walking from the city centre. Would definitely stay here again! Lot's of love to the hosts

A charming homestay in a quieter part of town and a perfect place to start and end the Theth-Valbona hike. The hosts prepared big, delicious meals and were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. A highlight from our time in the Albanian Alps! (Pictured: half of our dinner)

Everything was amazing. The staff were impeccable, the food was delicious, local produce and fairly priced, the coffee was fantastic, best I'd had in Albania. The room was gorgeous, the outdoors area was just beautiful, seating was perfect for meals, perfectly quiet and private, immersed in nature. The bathroom was nice and actually had shower gel.

The staff couldn't be friendlier! Comfy beds, good WiFi - the electricity in the village sometimes comes and goes, but the generator fixed it every time very quickly. I had no problems with the tap water - I think it comes straight off the mountains. The whole place is family run and totally charming, with a great location for lots of nearby walks.
