Upon checking in at this lovely hotel, we were immediately struck by the pristine cleanliness of the rooms and the overall cozy atmosphere. The view from our window was simply breathtaking, adding a touch of charm to our entire stay. The hosts were incredibly pleasant and went out of their way to provide us with valuable tips and advice, making our experience all the more enjoyable. Oh, and let's not forget about the exceptional breakfast spread they offered each morning! It certainly set a positive tone for the rest of our day. Amazing place to stay. The guesthouse is next to the family home of the hosts. The family is very welcoming, friendly and open to give advice on what to do in the area. English is not a problem. They brought fresh and tasty breakfast to us every morning and there is an optional cooked dinner. Comfy beds, kitchen and seating area. The Migoyan museum and Sanahin monastery are next door and the start to some wonderful hikes are nearby. There is a small shop next door. You can also watch the piglets in the neighbour's barn while drinking your morning coffee.

This is the most beautiful place on Earth! This is a real paradise on planet Earth! I visited 122 countries and stayed in 1053 hotels and guest houses, but nowhere did I feel like such a welcome and respected guest! The quality and amount of attention, care and respect is simply more than necessary !!!! This is the highest level of care and attention! And the tips have nothing to do with it! This guest house is located in a non -residential area, in the wild, on the shore of a mountain river. Singing birds, calm, pure air and harmony make you rethink your entire life and open this world for yourself in a new way! From the center there are only a couple of kilometers, and you are already in the spotlight, care, respect and understanding! This is the upper class! The guest house is very simple and comfortable, but the attitude of the owner and staff to the guests make it high -class resort hotel in nature! Here you will feel very necessary, important, loved and respected! Aren is the owner with whom all your issues have been resolved even before their occurrence! He solves all the problems and helps in everything even when you have not reached him yet! Very interesting acquaintances with many guests from different countries and continents await you here! This is an unforgettable and very valuable experience of transformation! Great kitchen for the unimaginably low cost! I managed to try breakfast and dinner, but I am sure the dinner is also as tasty and healthy! I wish peace, goodness and prosperity to this house!

Our stay at the aghasu tun b and b ended up being one of our favorite parts of Armenia. Amalia (sp?) was a lovely host who not only was a great chef but it was very nice to get to know her and share our love of music together. There is a communal area where we got to spend the evening with other guests who were also very lovely and showered us as well with Armenian hospitality. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family. Surrounding area is very beautiful (don't miss Lori fortress). Amalias garden is also really cool!

    Mary's house is charming, surrounded by trees and plants and with a very nice view over the valley. Mary and her family are very welcoming and caring. The dinner she cooked with her mother for us was delicious as well as the breakfast with armenian specialties and everything homemade. She was very helpfull and manage to find us a taxi driver to visit the whole debed valley and monasteries. Thank you a lot Mary :)

    Nice clean spacious room. Generous portions of traditional breakfast and dinner. Wifi available in communal area. Extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable hosts - very helpful not only about their facilities but also on suggesting tourist attractions and advice in the local area. Great location - walkable distance to UNESCO monastery. The property has its own private mini museum of local old artifacts from the last century.

    Basic, but very comfortable and well-equipped guest house with private bathroom and very tasty home-cooked meals. Perfect base to visit Haghpat and enjoy the Debed Valley. Nice terrace with good views and interesting home.
