Very cozy and stylish house. It looks very beautiful outside and especially inside. Such house is hard to find in Armenia. There is everything in it: cooking utensils, hair dryer, shampoo, towels. All clean and nice.

The place was very easy to find and keep in mind that this is really a plus for Armenian standards. It had signage across the road and it was at an awesome place, overwatching the river and the gorge. Irene was super friendly and helpful. We had reserved a shared bathroom room, but she upgraded us for free to a private room. Although we made the reservation last minute, we did not face any issues. Unfortunately, we only stayed there for one night but we would love to visit again. Since we only stayed for one night and we were in a hurry we didn't have the chance to try the breakfast or the food so we cannot have an opinion on this, but we believe it would have been awesome. I definitely recommend this place and would love to visit again and stay more.

This B&B is an amazing hidden gem in Vanadzor. Room are clean, spacious, comfortable and there is everything you need. One of those rare places I would definitely return to! The rooms were cozy and exceptionally clean, the hospitality was warm and genuine, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. The view from the window and balcony opened up to a breathtaking forest landscape, with fresh, clean air all around. The area was spacious and perfect for unwinding. And a special mention goes to Mrs. Armine’s homemade breakfast – simply the best! A truly wonderful place for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended!

Very good new hotel. Fresh repair, new equipment and plumbing. There is an air conditioner that works very well. There are all necessary hotel accessories. The owner of the hotel was very kind and ready to help with any question. There was a possibility of flexible check-in and check-out.
