Location is amazing, I believe is more than 200 years old. They make coffee and cachaça, very tasty. The breakfast was simple unique, cake home made, the best papaya ever … etc

Herbert's place is a little piece of heaven! A few cottages in a big garden, surrounded by forest. Everything is peaceful, it's perfect for a couple of day retreat far from the crowd. The cottages are simple, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is taken in the garden (loved the homemade bread!). I was travelling without a car, but Herbert's place is close enough to the park entrance to walk (2km, 30mn walk). Warm welcome from Herbert and his wife. Herbert speaks French and has a lot of tips on what to do in the area, and also on places to visit on the coast of Ceará. I'd definitely recommend this place <3
