I loved the nice, quiet and clean room. It was very comfortable and quite well equipped. The bed sheets were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Outside the room was a terrace balcony, so I could have a last cold drink in the evening breeze before I went to bed.

The location was excellent - just a short walk to many great restaurants in town. Our host was welcoming and checked in to make sure we were OK. She made some great recommendations too! The room was quiet & safe. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed having the shared kitchen area for our morning coffee & quick snacks. The rooftop area was great to visit after a long day of exploring and had a great view of the city. We would definitely stay here again!!

This is a lovey space, simple, clean, cool and relaxing. Sharon is a great host You are made to feel welcome and at home. Lots of great local information too. Comfy beds, great hot water. Secure parking. Communal kitchen and dining area. Close to supermarkets and restaurants.

Super clean, safe, super friendly Lucy and her mother, as well as William. If you WhatsApp them, they will revert to you in a timely manner. Super easy to organize private transfer to/ from Belize City. I enjoyed my 3 nights and would definitely come back!

Great personable staff that ensures your comfort at every opportunity. The location still feels close to the downtown area without actually being caught up in the hustle and bustle. Overall this is a great value. If you want an all-inclusive resort go find something else that’ll cost 7 times as much, but if you want a good, clean, and safe place to crash after a long day of touring this is your place.

Could not be better! Tony and Juliet are the most wonderful hosts I have ever encountered. Be sure to order the home-cooked breakfasts. Resting in the hammock on the screened porch with amazing views was heaven. The cabins have all you need - tub, microwave, full-size fridge, full water jug, comfy bed, beautiful local paintings. The perfect jumping off point for our San Ignacio adventures. Convenient to everything, yet felt like you were in the jungle.
