We spent two wonderful nights at August House. Everything from the fire pit with s'mores fixings, the modern immaculate rooms to the delicious breakfast were all perfect. The proprietors were kind and helpful and this place is clearly a labor of love!

The staff were all fantastic. We were late for the dinner my son had booked to join us. I rang the Blomidon Hotel and explained and the staff welcomed them and told them we would be late and we were able to order a wonderful meal at 8pm The Hotel is beautiful and clean and the staff are caring and nothing is too much trouble. We will be back.

Spotless comfortable practical unit. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom, everything you need for your home from home. Supermarket at top of road. 15 minutes walk into Kentville centre, lots of local attractions on the doorstep.
