The owner of the hotel is incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is also well located, just next to the great mosque, so only a stone’s throw away from some of the main food streets. The rooms themselves are very well equipped and comfy too.

Close to Teracotta Army Museum (via public bus) and lots of restaurants just downstairs with a range of foods. The staff are amazingly kind and helpful. Ordered us a taxi to pick us up... upgraded me to a bigger room which had a very comfy bed... but my friend had a tatami bed in her room.

Great location with easy access to the city wall and restaurants and local food shops. Our host was fantastic and organised tickets to a local show with dinner and even dropped us off to the theatre. Breakfast was basic but tasty and organised for the times we needed.

Staff were helpful and courteous, especially Winnie. She is patient, knowlegeable and assisted us with our enquiries from where/what to eat to tour visits! Good location, charming and comfortable room.

Everything, the hotel is lovely, chinese style, stylish and clean room and good bathroom, bed was comfy, location was fantastic and staff were very helpful.

The hotel is very cozy, especially the communal areas with tables on the ground floor. Unfortunately I could not attend the Terracotta Warriors tour on my second day of the stay; the staff was very helpful with the cancellation, refund, and search for a different solution. Top-notch service!
