We loved staying in Smile Jungle Hostel, from the first minute to the last. Gonzalo is an amazing host and this was our favourite accommodation in Central America. You feel right at home because everything you could possibly need is available and Gonzalo is always so warm and positive. Bonus points for su madre and for showing us our first sloth! 😊 Gracias por todo!

They are amazing host and you feel staright away "home away from home".They will go far and beyond for their guests which at the end go home as their friends. Very good location, close to the beautiful beach Playa Negra and downtown. Do not worry if you haven't book any activities in advance, Chiara and Ray will help you with everything. Amazing, lovely maintained property. Lush forest surrounds private, architectural cabins. Meticulously clean and appointed with high end bedding, towels, and even robes. The hosts, Wade and Laurie are fantastic, providing a hearty delicious, gourmet breakfast every morning. One of the best I’ve had in Costa Rica. They are very friendly and helpful, offering tips for excursions and dining. I loved drinking my morning coffee listening to the sounds of the jungle on my patio. Very romantic with lovely indoor outdoor showers. Amazing experience in every way. I highly recommend! Pura Vida!

What a wonderful place to experience Pura Vida. The magic big tree in the beatiful garden not only offers a tree house and climbing options, but also a sloth right in front of the terrasse. The room was very spacy and comfortable. Both hosts are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fantastic. And the great and quiet beach is only 10 minutes on foot away. We spent 5 nights at Green Jungle House, and we would always come back!

Adored the host, Christian, his warmth and humor, and the superb combination of a sophisticated, classy design and all the little details that elevate this property from really good to simply excellent: beautiful linens, overall color scheme, wine glasses in the rooms, amazing food and drinks, the softest towels, the lightning in and around the houses, all the adorable little animals in the garden. Delightful.

The location was great. Walking distance to Punta Una. The free use of Kayaks anytime we wanted was wonderful! Our Bunglow was surrounded by beautiful gardens & felt private. The Bunglow had everything we needed and the host was extremely helpful & answered all our questions very quickly. The staff and host extremely nice & went beyond to make our trip special. Will stay again!

This place it's like a piece of heaven, in just a few hours from the arrival we spotted so many animal. Our cabin was next to the water and during our stay we have seen: toucan, agoutis, squirrels, coatis, otters, a tarantula( we think) a green basilisk, turtles, green iguanas, honey bear(kinkajous)and hummingbirds. The host was very kind to point out animals that were around, like the toucan, kinkajous and the iguanas.

We stayed at Casa Moabi for 6 nights and we were so glad to pick this spot. The accommodation is the perfect place to unwind and relax as you are immersed in the jungle (quite literally). The hosts Shania and Andy were so chill and very easy to communicate with for all our needs :)

What an amazing location, right across the street from the beach. ,Super friendly staff that made us feel very welcomed! Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Delicious breakfast served with great coffe and bread. Great place to stay when visiting Cahuita. We will definetly return in the future.
