B&Bs in Nicosia

Location in the heart of downtown Nicosia, accessible to restaurants and crossing to Northern side. Superb room, absolutely new with all amenities. Never saw staff but communications via e-mail very precise for lock-box etc.... Excellent value for money for quality of room.

Ananke Home is an oasis of peace and aesthetics in the heart of vibrant Nicosia. We spent seven unforgettable days in a pleasant and homely environment. We used the fully equipped, spotless kitchen, did our laundry in the washing machine, and rested in the well-heated and pleasantly quiet room. Many thanks to the kind host Annie for all the help and advice.

A small but incredibly cozy apartment! I didn't expect that in such a small space. Everything was so meticulously thought out. For example, there was a convenient shelf in the shower big enough for all my cosmetics. There's a TV, a kettle, a washing machine, a coffee machine, a toaster, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a fan - everything is in excellent condition. The bed linen is pleasant and made of natural cotton. There were a sufficient number of outlets and adapters for them (in Cyprus, sockets are of the British format). There are many different lighting fixtures for convenience. Even the clothes dryer is more convenient than at home! 😄 No problems with hot water or the internet connection. Just perfect! Communication with the hostess Daphne was easy and pleasant. An early check-in was quickly arranged for us, and everything was ready for our arrival. Daphne clearly cares about the accommodation and has organized everything perfectly for the guests' convenience. The apartment itself is very beautiful, decorated stylishly and with love. It's so cozy that you can't even tell it's a rental - the comfort is maximum! The apartment is located close to the city center, and I visited all the main sights of the city on foot. Grocery stores are also within walking distance, and Wolt delivery also arrived without problems. I left the car in the parking lot next to the house, free of charge and without any issues. Everything was perfect! On my next visit to Nicosia, I will definitely stay here.

Really helpful staff, host let us check in early and organised a parking spot. Really close to the border if you want to cross to the north. A lovely building with lots of old antiques on display.

Really hard to find more caretaking host of your comfort. I mean seriously You can't. The apartment is almost overequipped. The place has its own soul with lovely trees inside and outside the house. There are three cats and one dog totally undisturbing your privacy, but happy to introduce themselves. It was really lovely stay that I can recommend to any couple who likes to see and expiriance new places. The localisation is Perfect to visit many: 25 minutes drive from Nicosia center, 30 from Larnaka, close to Lefkara and other historic villiges You have to visit, also close for some trekking trails. there is also really cheap gasstation nearby. Perfect base to travel across east half of the island.

I can do nothing but praise this accomodation. I stayed here for 4 nights and was very satisfied. The host- Andy was very kind, he was willing to help me with everything and i got valuable insight from him about how things function in Cyprus. He would literally go out of his way to help you with anything. We chatted every day and it was very pleasurable. If you like cats, this is a place for you and if you hate them, the owner will make sure they will not bother you. It is a perfect place to stay for a few days while youre looking for long term accomodation, Andy will provide you with valuable information. I also met some wonderful people who stayed here and we still talk often. The accomodation is close to a bus stop and a grocery store. If youre looking for a quiet place with more personal touch than a hotel, book this. Thank you andy ❤️

I really liked this small room with the beautiful view from the fensterfront. It was very clean and the check-in was comfortable.

If you would like to get to know Cyprus - you must to visit this place. We were traveling around the Cyprus island and this stay was the cherry on the top. Everything is nice as it is showed in picture and more. For breakfast we had home made cheeses, jams, pies, scrambled eggs and everything was delicious and made with love. If anytime we'll come back to Cyprus, we'll definitely choose this place to stay. Lovely owners who clearly care about the experience of their guests and have great recommendations for local hiking routes and activities. The host can make a dinner for you, but you have to order it one or two days before. Thank you Sara for the wonderful experience!!
