Our favorite spot in town! For eating, chilling, and sleeping! A little heaven of tasty food, good tunes, and sea views. The hosts went beyond expectations to give us a good experience. Bonus points for Andres’ beautiful art pieces decorating the space and their sustainability initiatives. Loved our time here!

Great hotel located a 3 minute walk to the center of everything. It was great to be close to everything but not right in the middle of all the super loud music. Beds are super comfortable, the wifi worked great (which was a pleasant surprise) and the breakfasts are delicious. The shower also had BOTH hot water and pressure.

Karen might be the single most helpful host I've ever had (and I've had a lot)! She was SO accommodating and quick to help. The room was comfy, kitchen handy, and there are two gorgeous dogs too :-)

Lovely hosts, beautiful view from the rooftop with many hammocks available. Nice and tidy rooms. 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Good breakfast available. Wonderful stay!

The rooms are nice and spacious with comfortable beds and beautiful custom art. The showers have hot water on demand. The staff are absolutely fantastic -- breakfast was always delicious and the staff were super friendly and always made me feel as though I was at home. Jhon, the host, makes great meals and cocktails and helped organize day trips for good prices. All in all, a really great place to get out of the city and relax.

Staff was really friendly and everything was clean and tidy. The location was away from all the town noise so it was perfect to relax.

The host Carlos is the nicest person ever. He gave us a lot of information about the area and activities around. Staying in Machalilla is a perfect option if you want to visit Playa de Los Frailes, Isla de la Plata or Agua Blanca etc. Rooms are really simple but staying there you also help the work Carlos does with the corals and the whole community.
