We have stayed in this hotel before and loved it. It is on the edge of the Old Town so ideal for wandering the beautiful streets with all the bars and restaurants you could wish for. It is also very near mainstream shops, a supermarket (Mercadona) and it is just a short walk down the hill to the beach. The only downside is that it is quite a steep climb back up the hill after a day at the beach but we got to grips with the bus system on day 2 so it was plain sailing after that. The hotel has a beautiful roof terrace open 24 hours where you can sit and relax with a nice glass of wine (or tea/coffee if you prefer). Our room was a twin with a nice balcony overlooking the street and came with tea and coffee making facilities which is rare for Spanish hotels.

Beautiful attention to detail, gorgeous little candles all over the hotel make the place smell heavenly. Lovely guy on reception makes you feel very welcome and like you've come home. The decoration is fabulous. A really unique hotel with very comfortable beds.

The location was great, literally 5mins walk to the beach, the centre, and the old town. The staff were very friendly, helpful and eager to help. As for the room, it was clean, the bed was very comfortable with a TV and ceiling fan. The bathroom was also clean with clean towels, hot water and the the usual amenities. There's even a refridgerator and microwave in the communal area for guests to share and use at no extra charge. During the night, not only is it very quiet within the pensione floor but also the outside area, you can hear a pin drop, it's so peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is clean, spacious and very comfortable. The pictures really don't do it justice so we were pleasantly surprised! Perfect location, a minute away from the beach and a 5 minute walk to the main square. Everything is recently renovated and decorated very tastefully. The staff is very pleasant and helpful!!! We will be back!!!

Beautiful appartement with well thought through design, cozy and functional. We managed to get the key by communicating w the host on messaging. We were tired after the 300 m steep climb up the stairs in 30 + degrees. The host replied quickly and was helpful and patient 🙏 We recieved a cooled gift/ white wine and water in the fridge- very nice welcoming. We also got schampo and showergel, nice quality towels. We used the kitchen for cooking and making coffee. We liked nearness to old town which was delightful to visit in the evening w nice views, restaurants and gelaterias. We could also dry our own beach towels in the Sun outside the window.

    The included continental breakfast was very nice with cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit, cold meats, cheese, breads, fruit juice, pastries, tea or coffee. The location was fine for me being near Beniconnect bus stop from Alicante airport. They gave me the quiet room I requested. Dinner in the restaurant was very good.
