Lovely hosts who gave very helpful advice about the area. Very welcoming . Food lovely. Drying cupboard for wet boots and outer clothing. Lovely room with kettle and plenty selection to make hot drinks. Snacks available. Board games and a great selection of books to read both local and fiction.

This former church has been tastefully converted, enabling retention of the original features. Auld Kirk B&B is situated in the heart of picturesque Royal Deeside.

We loved home cooked breakfast, design of interiors and advice on spending time around (when it comes to trekking, looking for dinner with children, drinks or other activities nearby) provided by the best owner we have met (Helen). Welcome drink and cookies appreciated as well :) We wish we could have stayed longer.

Fantastic beds- best sleep we had on our holiday. Breakfast had everything you could ask for. Great location for us, quiet and relaxing. What was offered at this b&b, was far more than what we expected.
