The Star Hotel is THE friendliest accommodation I've ever stayed in. They couldn't do enough for me, and the biggest bonus was a disco the first night, then, on the second night, a live band. Best place ever. All the staff super friendly and helpful, plus all the patrons made this Southener very welcome indeed. The room was exceptionally clean, and I honestly couldn't fault it at all. Parking was great too.

Paul and Sophie are the best hosts you can wish for. They are very friendly, helpful and interested. They suggested some nice hikes and walks in the area and offered all kinds of help.

Once again we had a lovely stay at The Grange. The hosts Sarah and Stewart were very welcoming and made us feel at home straight away. Spotless room with delicious breakfasts cooked by Stewart. We will be back.
