How we where made to feel at home as soon as we checked in. Our room was perfectly made and the room was at a good temperature. We have food and drinks in the Tanronnen inn and the service was fantastic our server went above and beyond. After a good nights sleep some fresh coffee from the coffee maker and a hot shower we ventured for breakfast which was included at the sister hotel just over the bridge. This was perfectly served and filled us for a day of walking. We will be back again soon!

We love everything about the place. As you’re reaching the area, you’ll be welcomed by the breathtaking scenic view of the mountains, which makes you wonder if dragons once lived here.  The room is well equipped with a good selection of tea bags, chocolates, and coffees. It’s clean, has good lighting, and is well ventilated. The mattress is comfortable to sleep on.  This is a special place for us both because I proposed to my fiancé by the lakeside on the property. The staff are amazing as they are thoughtful and tentative to our needs, and they have been supportive and helped me with the details before the proposal. I am overjoyed when we are engaged and the staff make us feel like a part of the family who celebrates our love together. We are already thinking of returning to the place in the future.

Porthmadog High Street is 30 meters and both national and steam trains are within 600 meters of Tudor Lodge. The Tudor Lodge is a family run bed and breakfast.

The lodge is located just outside of the main area of the town, so it's both quiet - and convenient. The building is old and quiant, but the interior is tastefully decorated, and the rooms are renovated in the best possible way, with all the amenities and comforts characteristic of a modern hotel. Annie is exemplary host, gracious and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully served.

Appreciated the effort and care all staff took to make sure our stay was welcoming, comfortable, and suitable for a young family of 5, who also have food allergies. The free upgrade upon arrival to their suite with a whirlpool bath was completely unexpected and the kids enjoyed their bath night very much! After a long day of travelling, the staff were more than happy to offer a hand wherever possible from carrying our bags in, finding us a charging point and car park, and making sure their menu and kitchen were prepared for us to order allergy (and child) friendly food! A big thank you again!

A lovely tranquil location. Everything was perfect and immaculate. A well equipped share kitchen and a comfortable lounge with a cosy fire for cold evenings. The bed was comfortable and the share bathroom was very clean.

Lovely hosts, truly interested and friendly. Made us feel very much at home. Great breakfast, with lots of choices. Easy to find thanks to the route sent to us beforehand. Although there are 2 rooms there are never other guests when you have one room only, which is great, you have your own small apartment there. We frequently visit B&B's, this as one of the best ever. We never return, but this one would be worth visiting again.

Cosy room with a beautiful view of the sea, and I could even take my bicycle in the house over night. Jan is really nice and had a few good recommendations for restaurants. I wish I could have stayed longer!

The location was beautiful, quiet, and an easy walk into town. Staff were very friendly and informative about schedules and everything there is to do close by. Delicious breakfast, some of the best porridge I’ve ever had and just overall and cozy stay! Definitely would like to go again with my loved one!
