Amazing! What a great location; so glad we found it. This is a house in an otherwise closed section of the beautiful Chichester cathedral district, with full view of the cathedral through the window. Check-in was through individual and time-restricted codes for front door and room, and worked well (though we were a bit apprehensive, as there seemed to be nobody available on-site). The house is stunning; a guest house otherwise used for conferences with a generous two-story entrance hall and beautiful wood finishes (loved the heavy wood front door). The rooms are clean, well-appointed and the amenities excellent - the renovation kept the original simple decor. Outside there is almost no car traffic, and you arrive by driving through a medieval gate and park at an assigned space right outside the front door. At night you don't realize that you are in a town; its so quiet. Everything is in walking distance, and during the day you can enter the cathedral cloisters through a side portal. The beautiful Bishop's Garden is just around the corner, as are the Roman walls. No breakfast provided, but there is a coffeemaker in the room and several restaurants just around the corner (through the gate, as it were), including several breakfast place (we had a great breakfast at Trading Post Coffee Roasters).

Jackie & Mike could not have been more welcoming in their beautiful home, set in tranquil surroundings. On arrival, after a long drive from Scotland, we enjoyed coffee and a chat together round their family kitchen table before they showed us upstairs to our lovely bedroom and ensuite bathroom facilities, which were perfect. The breakfast was delicious! They went above and beyond, during our weekend stay, to help us... driving us, in their car, to nearby Barnham, on two separate occasions, to family events we we're attending. Parking the car right outside the house, safely, was an added bonus. There was only one problem... we couldn't stay longer! We'll never forget their kind hospitality.

The location is perfect, easy to find and next to a supermarket and restaurants. Also great location with a child as a playground is near by. The room is perfect with everything you need. A kitchen area separated from the bedroom. The bed is big and the furniture is exactly what you need.Even though the road is near by, it is still really quiet. You can do everything like at home.

Very clean and comfy room in a nice quiet residential location just off the sea front. An excellent breakfast was served in a lovely dining room by very polite and friendly staff. The owner, Veronica was a very charming lady who went out of her way to make everyone feel at home. Definitely the best B&B I have stayed in, in Bognor (and elsewhere) over the last 5 years.
