Everything was perfect, the location in relation to the town and the lake was superb. The room was beautiful, the breakfast was divine. The service was warm, friendly and very helpful.

The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. This made the short break we had even more enjoyable. Great breakfast with a small parcel of some home-made moist cake to take with us. Dog friendly place, and our room was large and comfortable. It was just a short walk to the centre of Keswick.
