Very cozy and clean! The staff is excellent and I really enjoyed having food and drink so readily available after a long day of traveling.

location is great, although a pub is located on the gf, we didn't hear any noise and were happy with the place, room was cozy and had everything we needed

This place can't be faulted. Everything was excellent; Debbie was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much and will definitely be booking again.

A good location for a relaxing stay in Wickford, B&B Downham Hall is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the garden.

The host, Clare, was very hospitable, friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was super-comfy, warm and cosy, with a lovely view towards open fields. The accommodation was very quiet, and felt like home-from-home, helped that there is only two rooms. The facilities were excellent, great shower, quality towels, duvet, sheets etc. Tea/Coffee facilities were great, bottled water and lovely cookies. The breakfast was excellent, cereal, croissants, orange juice, full English breakfast and plenty of coffee.

A short walk from Maldon’s main street, The Limes is a Grade II heritage-listed townhouse offering fresh breakfasts and rooms with private bathrooms and four-poster beds.

The room was tastefully decorated with amenities exceeding expectations. The signage / instructions in the room were clear and atypically thorough. I enjoyed the small boutique hotel feel. The warmth, eagerness and courtesy of the staff was unexpected. Not using the breakfast option will diminish your experience. The chef is outstanding.
