Very tastefully decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The continental breakfast with its large selection of cereals, breads, pastries and fruit is more than enough to set you up for the morning. We will definitely book No 10 on our next visit.

Really gorgious guesthouse. I stayed just one night but fully enjoyed my stay. Very clean, new and comfy rooms, friendly staff, nice and tasty continental breakfast. Plenty of walk around in beautiful area. 5 minutes to Tain center. Loved it and hopefully will visit again.

We stayed at 6 B&Bs during our visit to Scotland. All were good but this was the best and most comfortable. Excellent King-size bed. The only discomfort we experienced (in most of the places we stayed) was the use of a comforter inside a sheet pocket. While this is a great idea, the comforter was too warm and there was no way to adjust it except to throw it off. This resulted in either being hot or cold. All said, a minor complaint.
