The owner was super friendly from the moment i arrived. The room was very clean and spacious! The toilets were very clean and so were the shower cubicles! 5/10 minute walk to the train station, and 15 minutes to the main centre and the curve theatre! If i find myself back in leicester will definitely be staying again.

Lovely Tudor building with wonderful features inside and out. Room very comfortable with every attention to detail… even fresh milk in the mini fridge. Cooked breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of cereals, fresh fruit, pastries and yoghurts.
