A very welcoming place by all staff. We booked last minute and were checked in early. The location is stunning, surrounded by hills and beautiful scenery. The beer garden is probably the best I've ever seen.

We liked everything from the lovely warm welcome when we arrived to the exceptionally good plant based full breakfast before we left. The room was clean and comfortable with tea and coffee facilities. We walked along the canal path from the accommodation to the centre of Todmorden which was a great way to stretch the legs after traveling.

Situated in Rochdale, Fernhill Hotel is a recently renovated accommodation, 18 km from Heaton Park and 21 km from Clayton Hall Museum.

Impeccably clean and fresh. Very comfortable beds, walk in wardrobes, tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. Bathroom was lovely and big, toiletries provided too. Came back in the evening to find 2 chocolates on my pillow. Lilija and Ian were very welcoming, friendly hosts. Breakfast was WOW. Amazing selection of hot and cold food beautifully presented, even with edible flowers on my pancakes. Beautiful rural location up the hill from Todmorden. Thank you Ian and Lilija for a lovely stay in your beautiful house.

I’ve stayed at Grains Bar many times over the year in many different rooms and have had a very comfortable stay every time. The staff have always been extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Beautiful views over the countryside gives it a secluded feel even though it’s close the the towns and villages nearby.

The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. There were shops and food outlets close by. The area was very quiet and I slept like a log. The jacuzzi bath and rain shower were excellent.

Loved everything about it. Incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated and location was absolutely perfect. Staff were also super kind and helpful as well, can’t really ask for much more!

Very welcoming staff, easy parking, lovely room, super clean. We had a great lunch here, and loved the breakfast and service. The hotel was so close to everything. Thought it might be loud but we both slept like logs. Would definitely recommend and return if possible.
