Excellent host! Service is like a hotel but with a much more personal experience. Clean. Quiet (do not be concerned about closeness to airport). Lovely location, where small town meets countryside. 30 min by bus to downtown Edinburgh (bus app works well). Also, if you have a car, Sabannga Thai restaurant 3 miles away comes highly recommended.

Great room ... well appointed ...nice views...great breakfast and dinners and pub!! Managers Craig and Claire were so friendly and helpful in so many ways. Nearby Golf is also fun! Kudos to all the staff especially the Kitchen staff! Well Done!

This wasn't my first visit so I already knew how comfortable and friendly this place is. Lovely to see the chickens who laid my breakfast eggs, and the majestic clydesdales. The shower had easily the best pressure of any on this trip (4 other hotels used). Lovely big room.⁸

Everything was perfect! The room was spacious, super clean, and comfortable with a good-sized private bathroom. There are tea and coffee facilities in the room and you can also use the guests' lounge where you will find a kitchen and a washing machine . Rooms are on the ground floor with a private entrance. Even though the property is right at the exit of the motorway, you won't hear anything. It's really quiet! Parking on site in front of the room entrance. Breakfast is cooked to your preference, and the hosts are extremely welcoming and pleasant! The guesthouse is situated literally at the exit of the motorway. Make sure to drive slowly not to miss the turn! We only spent 1 night here as we were flying out on the next day. The location was really convenient for us, only 30 minutes from the airport. Really good deal in the area! Highly recommended!

Very nice place, looks like new. Good bed. Nice, large bathroom, well equipped with a good shower. There is a nice kitchen too. Parking for our motorcycles in the back, for cars too.
