I wouldn't normally give such high marks to a B&B or hotel but our stay was truly exceptional. The room was very large and comfortable. The property in general was beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was great and our host was lovely. She was very welcoming, friendly and accomodating.

Picturesque Yorkshire Village with The Countyman's Inn as the focal point of village life. The pub looks from the inside like you would expect an old English pub to be , with a few modern vibes ( german beer).The food is good old yorkshire grub , but more modern food is available too. And it's all yummy , especially the breakfast.The rooms are quirky but clean and have everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay here , and the service is superb.
