Quirky and in a carriage, unique experience. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was good. Mobile signal on O2 and Vodafone working even at 4G! and much much better than reviews suggest.

We loved being treated as special guests and supporting a new family business and this really made our weekend away. We stayed in Uncle Ned’s: spacious, clean and charming rooms, comfortable bed, large wardrobe, dressing table, powerful shower over bath. We loved our steak dinners and English cooked breakfasts cooked by a chef so high quality and delicious. 5 minute walk to town centre and Petworth House. Free parking on request

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was recently renovated. Bathroom was larger than most. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of parking behind the building. Interesting decor in both the pub and the restaurant.
