Vivian the host/owner was very welcoming. I was allocated room 4 which was clean and extremely spacious. The double bed I slept on was very comfortable. The guest hotel is located in a quiet street which is only a 5 minute stroll from Norwich rail station. The room was good value for money and I would definitely stay there again.
