We didn’t actually get to stay because of a mess booking the last remaining room via booking. com and a contemporaneous walk-in booking. Despite online confirmation from booking.com that we had secured the room the walk-ins got it by being there in person. Grrrrr - the property and the proprietor were really charming The proprietor was very apologetic and at her expense had booked us alternative accommodation and breakfast at a more expensive local hotel (only about 3 miles away). The alternative (The Landing at Biggin Hill) met our needs perfectly so all was well that ended well 😊

The Kings Arms Hotel is in the centre of the old English town of Westerham, 5 minutes’drive from the M25. Traditional food is served in the friendly bar and restaurant.

The manager seems to be literally always there and is extremely friendly and helpful, and so is the rest of the team Spoken to some of them "off the record" and they really like to work there and were very positive about their manager Breakfast was superb and included in my room rate As I really love pubfood, I can say the fish and chips + the hunter's chicken I had for dinner were one of the best I ever had

Evelyn and John welcomed us like a family member. You immediately recognize their warm welcome and that you will nothing miss as a guest. Room 1 was the biggest we ever had in a B&B, all new, paired with a luxery bathroom, much more than "de-luxe". And on top, the best English breakfast, freshly and home made.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Yu’s Guest House features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi.

I love the fact that it was so centrally located in Warlingham. Everything was just a short step away, including the fabulous restaurant downstairs. I also loved the simplicity of the room. Really elegant, really comfortable and really clean.

Romantic getaway within easy reach from London. Lots to see nearby. Very quiet at night. Good heating. Good breakfast. Good bed. Fantastic to have the bathtub in the room. Would happily return!

Honestly, everything was excellent ! One of the best stay I ever had (all type of accomodation included : hotel, hostel, B&B…etc). The host Roberto and his wife are lovely people, very kind and helpful, they truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, safe and comfortable. They cater to absolutely every needs. The room was very clean, cosy, it has everything it needed, some water, a towel, dressing gown, several covers /duvets, I was even given a long water bottle at night in addition of the heater. They truly try to cover all your needs and make you feel special. Whether you are a conversational person or more of an introvert, you will have the experience you want. I was helped with my cooking and washing up. And even though I was the only booking that night, in the morning the continental breakfast was huge, made and served with so much delicacy, care and elegance; I even got to pack up some food for late. They also care about safety and some lights are installed and turned on on the stairs at night to prevent any accidents. They take on every advice and constructive criticism given to do better. There is just so much to say, but I highly recommend. It’s incredibly good value for money, a real gem.
