Great location with parking on site. I really liked the set up with the accommodation in the grounds of the pub. We are on site and yeh food was very good, staff very friendly. Room was very comfortable for us would definitely come again

Host, Lee was very welcoming signposting me to local amenities and was very quick in responding to any questions I had. Accommodation amenities are very well thought out to cater for customer needs. The accommodation is maintained exceptionally clean Parking is literally across the house Would highly recommend a stay here.

We were absolutely stunned by the perfection of the room. Clearly its quality level far exceeds its price range. It almost felt as coming home. Cosy , clean an welcoming. Lovely nite for new year watching the fireworks over the water at harwich from our balcony. Had a nice meal there too , very friendly staff.

located a 15/20 walk from centre of town /Ipswich town fc , very comfy bed , exceptional facilities , inc plug socket that had USB port to charge your phone ; handy as id forgotten my charger !!! if i’m ever in need of an overnight stay in that area i would definitely book again
