Deric is very observant of his guests, recognises quickly what each person needs and arranged tours and transport for us at extremely reasonable prices. I often travel in Portugal and had an instant "Portuguese country house" déjà-vu upon arrival. The location is walking distance from the city centre, historical district as well as the city beach. Our room had a large terrace and in fact was a private apartment with fridge and tea making facilities. Our host Deric was incredibly helpful both before our arrival and during our stay.
