It's a hidden gem. Secret Lagoon comes complimentary with it. It's the most value for money stay in Iceland. The rooms are clean, big, and really great. The kitchen was fantastic, and there was laundry.

Fantastic guesthouse. I recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay. We booked 1 hr beforehand and check in was seamless. The host was wonderul and accomodating. The facilities are great, great shower, comfortable room. Very quiet, best sleep I’ve had in a long time.

    Quiet, clean, charming retro style rooms. The host quickly obliged when we asked for extra pillows. Breakfast was included in the price. It was OK - bread / toast / cheese / meats / cereals / tea and coffee. Nothing wrong with that, but nothing special either. We would happily stay at Guesthouse Fluđir again.

    - Silke is a friendly hostess - Clean and everything well organized (everything is labeled, so easy to find cutleries, pans etc.) - The room is small, but comfortable and there is enough place to store items - The kitchen has everything you need for cooking - Quiet location and not that far from the village - The price is cheap by Iceland standards, so price-value ratio excellent

    Great place, great location, very clean, nice hosters, super cute dog, close to Hrunalaug Hot Springs (lovely and cheap). Great breakfast. Super comfortable beds, very cosy room. We loved it !
