Gregorio was an amazing host and made such an effort to ensure we were comfortable. The room was exceptionally clean and well decorated. The location is perfect walking distance from all the beautiful spots in Florence. There's also a very convenient caffe for the perfect cup of coffee and a delicious croissant. We will definitely be back.

I had a fantastic stay! The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The room was spotless and beautifully designed, showcasing great taste in decor. We had a wonderful stay here. Carmine was responsive and exceptionally helpful. The room was clean and had all facilities. The location is perfect with all major sights at a walking distance. Will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the b&b !

    Breakfast was excellent, and generous. We loved the music from the record player, the open doors to the garden, and your wonderful waitress who came from Brazil... she couldn't have been more helpful or charming. She is such a great asset to Villa Ape Rosa. The Villa was in a pleasant and quiet area of Firenze, and getting the transport from Leopoldo in and out of City Centre was easy. But we found the walk back uphill to the Villa steep and difficult. The Villa was charming, and full of character.
