We staid in the apartment, a brand new structure in an attic, very well insulated. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom and shower was pretty good, the kitchen had everything you need to cook a full meal (which we didn't do because there were very nice restaurants around). Our tour to Etna was amazing, which by the way we booked directly with the Funivia.

The whole property is very nice, the garden and outside area are beautiful and very well kept. The room was very clean and modern. The hosting family is very welcoming and concerned for your well being. The daughter speaks good English. For breakfast you are asked what you like and they bring it in the morning. One time we had a granita (Sicilian specialty) and the other day we had bread with ham and cheese. Both were very good and yummy. You can also make use of the kitchen (coffee, tea, bananas, yogurt,...). It's a good location to explore the Etna or Catania (areas).

Lovely friendly welcoming family. The room (verde) was good sized, with ac for heating, spotlessly clean and with all facilites. Good wifi too. you can fill the provided sheet the evening before with the things you would like for breakfast to avoid wastage, a great idea. Breakfast is varied (salted and sweet).     Fantastic helpful hosts. Wonderful breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Lovely outdoor pool. Great location to visit mount etna. Only a few restaurants in you but more in near by villages.
