The central location was perfect for us as pilgrims walking the Cammino Di San Francesco, with ease of entry from a link of our phone and lovely spacious room with bathroom. The COOP was just a short walk away for supplies and the bed was super comfortable. On such a hot day the air conditioning was also a welcome relief 🥰

Location: Across from The Mall, about a 5-6 minute drive. Environment: A quiet and beautiful estate nestled in the woods. Decor: Clean, tidy, and full of Italian rustic charm. Space: Very spacious. Amenities: Includes a swimming pool, a fully equipped large kitchen. Service: Excellent attitude and quick responses. Dinner is also available. The host immediately informed me when I forgot my charger. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to friends and family.

The most perfect place to stay in Florence! The owner is a very, very friendly person who gave us detailed instructions to explore Florence. The room was clean, beautiful, big and within walking distance of other attractions in Florence and the bus stop. I will be going back to Florence again and staying at this hotel. Definitely worth it's money. The personnel is very welcoming and friendly. The place is clean and neat. 3 minutes away from Santa Maria del Fiore. Breakfast is good. Yes, it's served in a cafe opposite to the hotel (about 20 meters) but for us it wasn't a problem at all.

Beautiful property situated in an excellent location in a quiet area. Few minutes walk to train station from where you can easily and fast reach Florence. An attentive and kind host who gave us tips about visiting the surroundings.

In a great location next to the train. You can easily go to Florence and Arezzo. The room was very clean and the hostess very polite. Additionally, the room is next to a beautiful park. Thank you Elena and Silvia.

The fact that it was very close to the train station. Decent size rooms. It was very quiet. The cleaner cleaned the rooms every day and was friendly.

It is a great location - not in central Florence so you get the beauty and quietness of a residential area and it is a 20 minute train ride into Florence, train station is less than 5 mins walk from the house. Such a cute wee accomodation with so much character. Breakfast options were varied. Silvia really made our stay, she is so attentive, friendly and always willing to help with anything if needed. Would 100% stay here again if we visit Florence again.
