Great accommodation, it was in a very quiet area , supermarket 10 minute walk. we were there for a wedding which took place 5 minute walk away, it was about a 15minute walk down to lake Garda.

Laura and Gianni are wonderful hosts. They provided us with everything we needed and were willing to help anytime. The apartament is very cosy, well located, just 5 minutes from the lake. Breakfast was fresh and very tasty. Everything was simply perfect. Totally recommend

We had an excellent stay at this hospitable and new B&B. The B&B is located in a quiet village and is an ideal base for Lake Garda or a day trip to Brescia (highly recommended). The rooms are very spacious and clean with the necessary facilities and air conditioning (very pleasant in this warm period). Excellent breakfast. The presence of a swimming pool is a plus. Definitely recommended.

Very clean and welcoming. We arrived in the middle of the night which didn’t phase our hosts! They were very welcoming and helpful when we met in the morning. The breakfast that consisted solely of pastries, fruits and nuts was great and the vegan pastries were amazing. Highly recommended.

We are searching for the right words to describe the fantastic experience we had. Sara has the special spirit, to inspire customers. Our stay was infinitely warm and homely. We peomise you we´ll come again this or next year. The Bellavatia services are well thought out and finally well designed. So at everytime from the beginning on you knwo what you have to do to have a smooth and gentle arrival and check in. All services after check in are great and well planned. Absolutely amazing house! You can't wish for the better! Very nice spacious apartment with a big kitchen, terrace and a stunning view. Super beautiful and clean. And the best here are the hosts: so nice, welcoming and kind people. And what breakfast we had every day, it was unbelievable! 10 out of 10, this place really made our holidays and we were sad to leave.
