We spend two nights in the apartment in winter. It is very cozy and warm, located in a very quiet place. Beds are comfy, the apartment was clean and nice. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets up to 10 minutes by car. There is small ski trace in Balbeno within 10 minutes by car and a lot of great ski spots in 30-60 minutes from the apartment. Staff was very nice and helpful, we had a very easy contactless check-in and check-out. I recommend this place.

Fantastic location, lovely, clean and comfortable room. Food is superb, best pizza ever eaten and foccacia and pasta was superb.Tiramisu incredible. Great breakfast. Plenty of parking behind hotel. Owners and staff lovely, language not a barrier. Expect Bio, Organic, home grown, homemade and ethical. This is far more than a B&B, probably should be listed as restaurant with rooms. Certainly will return.

Beautiful location, wonderful view of the valley and up to the mountains. Extremely friendly and helpful owners! I had to leave early due to a pet emergency, and they even offered my dog a doggie painkiller and were very helpful with how quickly I needed to leave...Would absolutely stay there again when next climbing in Val Daone.
