We stayed for New Years Eve. Perfect location, lovely rooms, beautiful view. Quiet and cozy. Breakfast was included at a bar just down the street. The most kind and welcoming host we've ever had, who also recommended a great dinner spot.

Lovely stay with swimming pool. A beautiful breakfast under the trees by the pool. The german shepard on the property is incredibly sweet and does not lick or jump up. Close to the gorgeous old part of town, but but a country road, so we drove instead of walked with our 2 year old.

Most beautiful oasis in the centre of the old town which was on the edge of a lovely square . The garden was delightful and they went beyond to organise a taxi to Rome for us.

This b&b has an idyllic location with magnificent views from every room.......including the bathroom! Breakfast is genuine and abundant with a tastefully restrained ambience overlooking a beautiful square with the table set with antique linen.
