Everything! The owner, Carmella, was a delight. Her associate, Monica, was charming. The hotel is gorgeous, perched high above overlooking the pugliese countryside. Do visit Bistrot Clio for a truly authentic meal. And don't miss Degli Amici Bar where Raphaele makes the best aperol spritz. The house was a bit difficult to find, but the wiews from the balconi and rooftop are breathtaking. At breakfast, we were delighted by a truly large cappuccino and warm and friendli service. We also appreciated that it wasn`t just pastries on offer- there was a healthier option too, like yogurt.
