The breakfast was amazing we had many things to choose like cakes, bread also some traditional Italian food. Everything is new there the toilet, bed all the building is rebuilt, it was really clean, organized and peaceful. The stuff was really friendly and that makes me feel really comfortable.

Perfect location for exploring the town in a peaceful area. Bus service to the station right on the doorstep. Close to many shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Clean comfortable rooms, very modern. The kitchen facility was a welcome bonus especially with use of the washing machine and drier. Andre was an excellent host. Only option to choose in Reggio Emilia!

Wonderful place, with a very friendly and helpful host. Old interior, beautiful historic style, but renovated on an absolutely modern standard. Location very central between train station and the historic city center. Reggio is not a standard destination but very much worth a visit. We’d come back any time.

Our time at Ca' Prandini was so enjoyable. The property is impeccable in all aspects. Our room was amazing with luxurious amenities and excellent temperature control for comfort in all temperatures. We decided to opt for the breakfast and were treated to a wonderful selection of food for all tastes. Breakfast here is a must! Manuela is the best and attended to our every need and along with housekeeping, our room was kept spotless. If you are staying in Maranello, stay here. No question! Walking distance to all Ferrari sites.
