WOWOWO, This place is GREAT. Clean, modern, kitchen and a short walk to everything. I highly recommend. Host was VERY nice and helpful. Parking a car outside the wall was easy. I'd say this was one of my favorite properties during my 3 week trip. Must carry your bags to the second floor, but only to find very comfortable apartment with everything you need... short or long stay.

Great value for money stay in the center of Volterra. The apartment is in walking distance to so many attractions and restaurants and is very central. The hosts are so polite and check in is very smooth. They even allowed us to store our bikes in their internal storage room which was nice.

Well located inside the walls of San Gimignano - a real treat to explore the town after most tourists have left in the evening / before they arrive. The apartment is one of the few accessible by taxi but still very well located near the Main Street. Livio provided excellent recommendations for dinner and breakfast in town.

We had such a great time in this lovely place with a very unique atmosphere.! The owner has welcomed us so nicely and the room was neat and comfortable. I wish we could stay more than just one night but we will come back next time for sure.

So much to do here! Ping pong, swimming, eating and drinking with a stunning view, wine tasting, horse riding We did it all! Also very good food! At a great price to, best we found in Tuscany.

Location is a 10. We found a free car park just 10 min away from the room. Hosts were lovely, and our room was ready earlier, so we could leave our bags and walk around San Gimignano. Spacious room, comfortable bed.
