Mr Nanjo was the most helpful and friendly host. He drove us to the gondola station and the bus station (as the snow shuttle had stopped for the season.) There are heaps of cafes and restaurants close by, and even central Hakuba is only a 15-20 minute walk away. The private onsen was absolutely amazing! Rooms were clean and tidy, the daily breakfast was great. Ben is extremely knowledgeable about the area and facilities and always able to give tips or advice. He also picked us up and dropped us back to Hakuba station - greatly appreciated when your carrying a lot of snow gear. Accomodation is very quaint and in a quiet area.
