Honami-Kaido is definitely not your typical guesthouse. Yoshiro san is the kindest host and has mastered the art of hospitality for sure! I have never met someone so dedicated. Book without hesitation if you plan to ski, enjoy the mountains or meet to the snow monkeys. I really enjoyed my stay there! ありがとうございました

The property was in a nice location close enough to Iiyama Station. The hosts were some of the nicest people we have met and drove us to and from the station (6:30am!!). One of the comfiest places we have stayed and hope we can go back soon.

Location super close to a ski lift and also super close to a good ski rental place, 15minutes from the center but there are nice restaurants 5min away. Bus stop nakao is 5min away as well. The owner provided us cheaper ski passes and also a discount for the ski rental! It has a washing machine and great dry room. Also has a good small onsen for the guests. Will be back for sure :)

The hosts were considerate and kind. The lady host made me a warm orange honey drink when she noticed I had a cough. The breakfast was also amazing.
