A wonderful simple & authentic home stay. The owners (mother & son) were so lovely, friendly and helpful. The tea & cake on arrival were very welcome! It was the perfect overnight stay before doing the 10minute walk to Nanuoya train station the next day. Would highly recommend.

They welcomed us with a delicious cake and a lovely cup of tea. Everything was so clean and comfortable. I stayed one night there and it was a great experience! The moother of Tharun, this lady was so friendly. They made us a very good breakfast also.

The room had a great view, very comfy bed and it was pretty clean. Plus, I could enjoy some amazing scenery from the windows and the terrace. The family was lovely, too and they spoke decent English. This is actually a perfect place to stay if you're visiting Nuwara Eliya. The Train View is in Nanu Oya, right at the train station (but don't worry, Nanu Oya is a small and sweet place so it's too noisy there or something) and Nanu Oya is about 20 mins from Nuwara Eliya (you can take the local bus and the bus ride is really scenic). I also liked that there were plenty of local restaurants around.

Good location for exploring sorroundings, even though it is a bit far from the city centre. The owners are very nice, helpful and caring and the breakfast are just another level. We stayed 3 nights and we did a best choise we could in Nuwara Eliya.

Came especially to this place for Adam's pick treck. It's a beautiful family ac accommodation very nice and clean. The family treated me with lot's of care. The breakfast and dinners were so good. Rajith is an amazing host, always happy to share all the helpful informations and easily reachable by phone when you need him. His place is adorable. Him and his family will make you a beautiful breakfast using the food from their garden. it takes ~45min to get to the city by foot or ~10 by tuktuk which will cost you 2$. Nuwara Eliya is probably the most beautiful place in Sri Lanka, so it is really nice to walk and enjoy the landscapes during the daylight. We would come back anytime!
