Beautiful small resort for relax in nature, beach and pool + We were amazed by unique building, garden and pool with great rock design! The location provides perfect relaxing atmosphere, just 5 minutes to virgin beach, nature is all around. The meals are delicious and staff were friendly and very helpful, smile ☺️. Hashan is an awesome host! He is very caring and you can always count on him for anything and have nice chats! We basically found a new friend! His little resort is very cozy. The rooms were simple but you had everything you needed. You can choose your breakfast and Dinner Time and the food was really good too. His dogs and his cat are super friendly and cute and he takes care not only of his customers but also of all the animals. Thanks again for having us, it was a great experience ❤️

I absolutely loved this spot. We were in the little 4-plex on the 2nd floor, we had a view of the ocean and kites right from our balcony. The balcony is huge, tons of shade, seating and a table. The room is also bright, spacious and CLEAN. The shower works well and bathroom is large and clean. You have a huge counter top in the room, and the AC works really well. Bed is comfy, and huge mosquito net! The dining area is nicely set up, open air and clean. The property itself is just so tidy and comfortable. Every now and then you might see a donkey pass through. Easy walking distance to small shops for snacks. The family who run this place are so nice and generous. They're extremely attentive and make sure to have any needs met. Food was delicious, and you have unlimited coffee and tea available at all times! This was the perfect soft landing we needed in Kalpityia. I highly recommend staying here!!

Set within the forest it is an oasis of calm. The staff were friendly and keen to help. The accommodation is quirky, fairly basic but comfortable. The food was excellent and plentiful. There are a number of activities and excursions available, or you can simply relax on your veranda up in the trees. There are a number of chill out zones.
