Sister of this house was so welcoming me and had a little bit of conversation. also when i asked for the mosquito vapour the manager bought it. People there were nice to me. what even more wonderful was the room, with good facilities and special design.

We stayed at Villa Alba for 3 nights, and we loved every minute. The rooms both had incredible views of the rice fields and waking up to the view and sounds of nature was just wonderful. The pool and open plan lounge area is a luxurious place to spend the mornings or afternoons, with the sun dappling the terrace and monkeys and peacocks often to be seen, much to the delight of our young daughter. All told it has a really nice 5-star luxury feel throughout. Nadith and his team looking after us were incredible. Attentive but discrete. Breakfast was a feast to fuel the day and the delicious food options are varied enough to satisfy a broad range of tastes. We were a stone’s throw away from some amazing beaches and restaurants so we could surf and swim with turtles. Would highly recommend a stay at stunning Villa Alba from every aspect.

The rooms are quite big and very clean. We had everything that we needed. The place is a short walk distance from the main beach ( around 4 min). Breakfast is more than enough, homemade gem that is extremely tasty. When it comes to the staff, no words can describe their hospitality. Places become more beautiful because of people. I will definitely be returning soon!

Bihara and his family are super friendly hosts. They did everything that we felt comfortable. Bihara was always reachable via Whatsapp and answered quickly if we had questions. The room was great, big with a comfy bed, great working AC, even hot shower and a big table with chair. Perfect for people like us who had to work. It has a kettle and free coffee and tea in the room as well as in the kitchen. There is a separate kitchen just for the guests. The living room is huge and has very big tables where you eat breakfast. The breakfast was delicious and we got every morning something different. Another plus is the fast internet connection (fibre optic), which we appreciated because of working. There was also a dedicated parking space for our own TukTuk.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Even after we checked out, they kindly stored our luggage so we could explore Galle without any hassle. Their hospitality truly stood out and made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommended!

We liked that the accomodation has a washing machine. The breakfast was nice too on a quiet terrace in the jungle. We would definitely visit Turtle Lamp again if we go back to Sri Lanka.
