Excellent Location. Breakfast was very good. The Bungalow was clean and spacious. Caretaker Gunaseelan was friendly and humble. This is my second stay and would definitely come back again.

Owners are extremely friendly and helpful, apartment is very big and comfortable! Kitchen is well equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle and all needed cutlery, pots and pans! Very clean and bed is comfortable with clean sheets and pillows.

Everything! This was on my bucket list for a very long time. Spending a night in the very house that the legend Geoffrey Bawa lived & worked was in itself a moving experience. Beautifully maintained by the trust. Every corner, every piece of furniture & art has a story to tell. Staff is wonderful & breakfast was delicious. Can't wait to return to Colombo & stay here again.

Aathma is a feast for the eyes and the heart. The setting is so lovely with lake views and peaceful gardens. As others have said there is always something new, beautiful or quirky to catch your eye. The hotel feels like a treasured family home in which you are an honoured guest. The staff are excellent, so professional and competent but friendly and fun as well. Bohoma stoothi Imran and Geeth for your outstanding care of us. The food was also some of the best we have had in Sri Lanka.

An amazing place with a great heart. lots of beautiful arts and crafts, the swimming pool was perfect, the room was very convenient and well designed, and last but definitely not least - the team!!     Everything was perfect. Room clean and spacious with kettle, tea, coffea, towels, linens, confortable bed. Nice common places and terrasse to relax. Great location, close to restaurants, shops and beach but very quiet. And most of all, very nice staff, helpull and who take time to give a lot of advices. We highly recommend!

    Great location in the heart of Mt Lavinia although doesn't feel like it with the property having a beautiful garden which is so quiet and tranquil. The bungalows themselves are very comfortable and spacious.

    Great location, quiet and close to the beach. Great staff, unobtrusive but always there when you need them. Early check in and late check out, sorted out problems with the safe quickly, gave us a free upgrade. Quality sheets and towels.
