Wi-Fi was free, btw. For a 3star, compared to the ones I’ve seen so far, it was a lovely surprise. Spotlessly clean, definitely maintained with pride by the family. Quiet and perfect for a good rest. In a pastoral setting with easy access to transport and they will arrange for private transportation and tours too to prevent you from being scammed. The family truly welcome you like honoured guests and friends. They are honest, kind, generous and hardworking..and with a good sense of humour. It is great that they cook all the meals as well so it’s like being invited to a home-cooked meal. Uv is a true master of all trades, “Agur” is constantly fussing over the esthetiics to ensure that the place looks perfect, Mohan makes sure that all is pristine and that guests are comfortable. Agur’s husband makes sure everything runs smoothly and that guests enjoy the best possible experience. I felt very much like a part of the family, down to receiving a Hindu blessing with tikka applied to my forehead. Namaste. Hotel Khanthak will definitely be my first choice whenever I return to Lumbini 🙏🏾💖

Clean, comfortable rooms. Peaceful and quiet surroundings.

Everything is spotless clean. And the shower is piping hot. The location is superb, very close to gate 5 and just a few steps from where the buses stops. The staff is so friendly and speak very good English. They will give you all the information you need. There is no restaurant, but tell them what you are looking for, and they will point you in the right direction. They were spot on with what they recommend me. The WiFi is excellent.

Excellent location just a few meters from the main road and the entrance to the temples. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly at all times. The quality-price ratio is very good.
